Standard 2 – Insurance Quality Assurence

Standard 2: Internal Quality Assurance, the university has established policies  and procedures for internal quality assurance that encompass all parts of the university. It has  announced an educational quality policy that covers curriculum levels, faculty levels,  academic support unit levels, and university levels, in line with the Ministry of Education’s  standards for managing higher education in 2022 and 2018. These policies align with the  Rajabhat University Council’s policy and the president’s vision, following the PDCA quality  cycle. Quality assurance evaluations are conducted annually at the curriculum, faculty,  academic support unit, and university levels, ensuring adherence to these policies as follows:  (1) Curriculum Level: The quality of education is assessed according to the criteria set by  Rajabhat University and the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA).  (2) Faculty Level: The quality of education is assessed according to the Education Criteria for  Performance Excellence (EdPEx). (3) Academic Support Unit Level: The quality of education  is assessed according to the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx).  (4) University Level: The quality of education is assessed according to the Education Criteria  for Performance Excellence (EdPEx).

In addition, an Educational Quality Assurance Committee was appointed  and supported in monitoring, inspecting, and evaluating the university’s operations. There are  personnel from all internal departments involved in driving operations with a continuous  internal quality assurance system. Personnel from all internal units have been actively  involved in driving operations through continuous internal quality assurance systems,  resulting in a quality-oriented culture. Internal quality assurance results and suggestions for  improvement (OFI) have been utilized within operational processes. Resources have been  allocated to support internal quality assurance in educational operations within the university. Quality assessment reports at the program, faculty, and university levels have been submitted  to the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) through the CHE QA Online  database system. The university continuously reviews its educational quality assurance  process following the PDCA quality cycle. This includes ongoing assessment of the internal  quality assurance system, reviewing processes, evaluating results, and utilizing assessment  outcomes to enhance university quality standards.
