These sections stipulate the objectives and duties of the&nbsp; university, which are organized into 5 missions in line with the founding principles of higher&nbsp; education institutions. These missions include (1) producing graduates, (2) conducting&nbsp; research, (3) local development, (4) preserving arts and culture, and (5) administration.&nbsp; Additionally, To ensure effective strategy implementation, the university has developed&nbsp; comprehensive plans including the twenty-year university development plan, five-year&nbsp; operational plans, five-year university transformation plans, and 17 operational plans in&nbsp; various areas and the annual operational plans. These plans cascade down to department and&nbsp; faculty levels, aligning with university objectives and defining key performance indicators&nbsp; (KPIs) for monitoring progress. Units are required to adhere strictly to the missions and&nbsp; objectives, ensuring that operations achieve the specified goals.
