It promotes academic staff to&nbsp; enhance relevant teaching skills, develop faculty and researchers&#8217; competencies in knowledge,&nbsp; abilities, and research methodologies systematically.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, there is recognition and encouragement through incentives for&nbsp; outstanding research and creative work by faculty and researchers. This fosters&nbsp; an environment where faculty members enhance their skills in local development by utilizing&nbsp; research knowledge and results.
