This is done by establishing a policy for collaboration with the civil&nbsp; society sector in networking and cooperation with external agencies in accordance with the&nbsp; university&#8217;s announcement, namely the Policy of the Council of Nakhon Si Thammarat&nbsp; Rajabhat University B.E. 2564-2567 under the urgent policy of signing memorandums of&nbsp; understanding (MOUs) with external agencies, both domestic and international.&nbsp; The university utilizes all sectoral networks to foster cooperation in driving the university&#8217;s&nbsp; mission. The university shares educational outcomes by employing innovation for local&nbsp; development. The sharing of research outcomes involves sharing knowledge from research&nbsp; results by transferring knowledge to the community. The university also creates a learning&nbsp; community and promotes community innovators to enable them to continuously adapt&nbsp; and develop innovations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And community research centers have been established to foster sustainability.&nbsp; These centers collaborate with local communities to jointly register intellectual property&nbsp; rights, ensuring mutual benefit. Additionally, a network of innovation databases utilizing&nbsp; appropriate technology has been developed to utilize innovations resulting from collaborative&nbsp; research. Furthermore, entrepreneurship is promoted through the establishment of Business&nbsp; Incubation Units (UBI). Intelligent Centers for Regional Development in the Southern Region&nbsp; have been established.
